The challenges faced in the Aviation Industry in regards to fall protection during aircraft maintenance and repairs are highly unique and specialized. We recognize the need to provide reliable products to ensure optimum safety during routine aircraft maintenance, as well as systems that require minimal setup time to operate.

Aircraft Fall Protection system for Maintenance Safety uses the workshop air source, and designs a pneumatic vacuum generator to provide a vacuum source. The staff on the site provide safety protection to prevent the staff from falling. Each set of suction cup systems can be used alone or in combination with any set of suction cup systems. Each set of suction cup systems are connected by flexible steel cables, which can connect 1 to 2 operators. 4 sets of suction cups are used in combination, which can connect 3 to 4 operators. The operator is connected with the flexible wire rope through the safety belt and safety rope, and the design and selection of the shuttle can ensure that the operator can slide on the entire wire rope without obstacles, and the operation is convenient. In the event of an accidental fall of the operator, the seat belt quickly absorbs the impact energy to protect the safety of the falling person without causing any damage to the aircraft structure.
